Packets contain bibs, pins, roster with bib numbers (make sure the bibs go on the correct athlete) and wristbands. 7, 9, 11, 13, 17-18 year old will wear orange wristbands and 6 year olds in the 6-8 race will wear red wristbands. This is so athletes and coaches know which single year age athletes they are competing against. It has no bearing on timing or results. It is purely for coaches and athletes. Athletes who need to wear the wristbands are listed on the front of the team packet.
We will have 25 chairs for awards. Go to Milesplit.live to see what place your athletes finished in single year age groups. They will go to the numbered chair which matches their finish place and then be presented their medal. Any medals not picked up you can send $7.00/medal shipping and handling charge to receive them by mail.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE ENTRIES IN CERTAIN EVENTS DEPENDING ON THE FACILITY AND STATE RESTRICTIONS. WE RECOMMEND GETTING ENTERED EARLY.
ENTRY FEE $25.00 PER ATHLETE EXCEPT THOSE ATHLETES WITH YEAR ROUND YES-ATHLETICS MEMBERSHIPS. Their entry fee is $20.00.
